王战，上海市社会科学界联合会主席、中国国际经济交流中心常务理事，上海社会科学院国家高端智库顾问。曾任中共上海市委副秘书长、市委研究室主任、上海市决策咨询委员会主任、市财经领导小组办公室主任，第九届、十届全国政协委员、十一、十二届全国人大代表，上海社会科学院院长、国家高端智库首席专家。从1983年起参与上海市政府决策咨询研究，1992年起主持上海市决策咨询工作，参与上海土地批租、浦东开发、构筑上海大都市圈、中国加入WTO的影响及对策研究、上海洋山集装箱枢纽港论证研究等一系列重大决策研究工作。王战同志从1980年代初开始参与上海市政府及全国性决策咨询研究，并从1992年起主持上海市决策咨询工作。主持了《迈向二十一世纪的上海》、《九十年代上海浦东开发开放研究》、《上海世博会主题研究》、《中国加入WTO上海行动计划纲要》、《上海洋山集装箱枢纽港论证研究》、《未来十年中国改革与发展战略研究》、《上海2050：迈向全球文明城市》等重大决策咨询研究。

Wang Zhang is Professor and President of Shanghai Federation of Social Science Associations (SFSSA)，Standing member of CCIEE.He had been appointed as the Director of Research Center of Economy of Shanghai Municipal Government, Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Committee 附of CPC, Director of Institute of Economics of Shanghai Municipal Planning commission, Member of Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal Government, Member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee. Since the beginning of 1980’s, President Wang has Participated in Decision-making Consultation for Shanghai Municipal Government and been in charge of consultation affairs from 1992. He was the leading researcher of major consulting projects, including “Shanghai: Toward 21st Century”, “Research on Shanghai Pudong Development and Opening Up in 1990’s”, “China's accession to the WTO: Shanghai Action Plan”, “Research on Theme of Shanghai Expo”, “China’s Reform and Development Strategy in the Next Ten Years”, “Shanghai 2050: Towards Global Civilization City”.
